Yomi Wrong recently shared the airport nightmare that happened to her on a trip to the East Coast.
On Twitter, Wrong said she was abandoned by JetBlue after the airline reportedly lost her wheelchair at the Newark Airport in New Jersey. Detailing her experience, she regularly sent updates and after over an hour waiting at the gate, Wrong's sister returned with her chair. Apparently, it was broken and sitting on the tarmac in the rain. Did we mention that Wrong was a first class passenger?
She also noted that while she waited, JetBlue employees were saying their system for disabled persons is flawed and "what a workflow buster it is" to deal with disabled people.
After her tweets caught #DisabilityTwitter's attention, JetBlue responded!
See how it all went down below.
