Daniel Luna owner and head chef of Mistura restaurant in Oakland was involved in an altercation that has left him in a medically induced coma. Luna appears to be the aggressor in the altercation that took place during the NFC Championship game at SoFi stadium in LA.
The Rams fan who was pushed by Luna retaliated by pushing Luna in the back then punching him in the mouth once her turned around where he fell back and hit his head while falling.
The Rams fan who was involved has turned himself in and is now released on bail.
