Charles Doty Jr. is probably going to live out the rest of his days in prison because his pepperoni pizza was not "HOT N READY" at the Little Caesar's in Knoxville. Charles demanded he receive free Crazy Bread because his pizza was taking longer than 10 minutes to prepare and when he returned to collect his food he was holding an AK-47 assault rifle!!
It was Kimberleigh Murell's first day on the job and apparently had her boyfriend there at the job with her so he attempted to calm the gunman and succeeded. A customer who already had a pepperoni pizza handed him her pizza and he fled.
Doty is now looking at 15-60 years for multiple charges. Is it really that serious? Charles had a rough day and just needed some cheap pizza to make it all better and got himself time in prison. Trip'n!
