Tina Tintor only 23 years old, lost her life in this full on collision from Henry Ruggs III's Chevy Corvette. Not only her but her Golden Retriever "Maxy" also was killed in the accident. In the video above you can see Henry with his girlfriend emotional from what had just taken place.
Tina's best friend who she had just dropped off from walking the neighborhood and walking Maxy talks about their friendship and who Tina was as a person.
Rest is peace mama and Maxy, super sad. It is surprising that the judge reduced the bail amount to $150K from the $1mill that was requested. Ruggs has already been released from the Las Vegas Raiders and more than likely will be serving some time for manslaughter. We will see what happens when his court date comes up. Really unfortunate loss from all aspects.
