A predator has been recorded taking pictures up women's skirts at a TJ Maxx in Pembroke Pines. The video shows the suspect acting like he is walking around the store shopping with his phone light on and waits for the older woman who is shopping near him to be fully preoccupied before he puts his phone under her skirt and snaps some photos. The coward then proceeded to run out of the store and that is when the security cameras caught a good snap of his face.
Although the man had sunglasses, a mask and a hat on, the police department is hoping that someone will recognize and identify him,
