Jason Dixon appeared in court to face murder charges after he allegedly beat a woman with a baseball bat and strangled her in their East Palo Alto home. Officers responded to a call after a neighbor heard glass break and a woman screaming. Police found Dixon with blood on his clothes and found the woman bloodied on the floor of their garage. The woman was pronounced dead 30 minutes later. Dixon will remain in custody with a bail set at $10 million.
