Good news for BMF co-founder, Big Meech. He’s set to get an early release from prison. U.S. District Judge David M. Lawson agreed to reduce Big Meech’s prison sentence from 360 months to 324 months.

Meech qualified for a sentence reduction due to USSG amendments 782 and 788, which revised the drug quantity and chemical quantity tables for all drug offenses.

The new sentencing guidelines are effective for drug cases before November 1st, 2014. Meech was sentenced in 2007 making him eligible.

Meech was sentenced to 360 months and now will serve 324, which will allow him to be released three years earlier in 2028. His brother Terry “Southwest T” Flenory was sentenced to 25 years and was released due to the risk of Covid behind bars; he's currently on house arrest.

It’s been said Big Meech has significantly changed his life while in jail.
