Gary Owen's wife, Kenya Duke filed for divorce in March.
They had been married for 18 years.
The couple have three adult children.
She is asking for $44,000 a month in spousal support.
$44,000 is what Gary normally deposited into her account to pay credit cards and finance her personal spending.
She said his monthly income is between $200k and $400k and even in the pandemic it never went below $100k a month.
