It wasn't long after Mark Lipton lost Bella to a car thief that she was back with him after a woman named Terri said she saw her on the news!
Mark a US Navy Vet in Oakland was opening his gate to park his car when someone jumped in the drivers seat and took off with Bella in her carrier inside.
A woman simply known as Terri saw the report and recognized Bella who was being cared for by her friend who found her roaming the streets!
Terri contacted the news station and a happy end to an unfortunate story was made!
