My guy could not stay on his feet!!! Apparently he was attempting a dine-n-dash situation and the waiters at the spot he was running from didn't have much trouble catching this dude!!
Spring breakers in Miami have been turning up to a STATE OF EMERGENCY level where police have trying to enforce a curfew with little success.
A lot of arrests are going to continue to happen and unfortunately the possibility of more COVID cases in Florida and where ever these people came from to party in Miami.
Hopefully they can get this chaos under control but it is not looking good.
