Looks like Elk Grove's "Ghost Mall" is going to be the home of a new HUGE Casino! This collaboration between Wilton Rancheria tribe and Boyd Gaming will have 2k slots, 80 gaming tables and a 12 story hotel/spa!
Groundbreaking starts March 9th and you know with how quickly these construction companies work this new casino will probably be up by Summer!! Now you know that tribal land has been free of any restrictions put down by the state in regards to the pandemic but is this tribal land?
