Citizens are taking matters into their own hands. Volunteers from all over the Bay Area have been patrolling Oakland's Chinatown after many of the community members have been attacked recently.
Chinatown citizens are thankful they are doing this after many of their stores have been robbed. The people patrolling the area plan to do it whenever they aren't working.
