20 Year Old Dead After Motorcyclists Take Over Bay Bridge

Dozens of motorcycles including ATVs and dirt bikes took over the Bay Bridge going in the wrong direction. A 20-year-old on a motorcycle was trying to escape police and fell off his bike and was hit, resulting in his death.
