A couple is being accused of stealing a $10,000 dog and driving over a mile with the employee on the hood of the car.
The worker of Bully Kamp said the couple went to the store to discuss options to finance an exotic bully puppy. When she stepped away the couple grabbed the dog and ran. The employee tried to stop them after they got in the car but she was thrown on the hood.
