Those police lights will have you thinking of a master plan and in this man's case he used the tuck and roll method he was taught in elementary school to escape the police in this surveillance video. Now, you know the police are going to find this guy off of his license plate but he got away for the mean time.
He walked right past like he was just a witness to the high speed chase. I wonder how far he got before they realized that there was no driver in the car and started looking for him?
