A man dressed in a Santa suit was arrested after pulling out a gun on police. The cops tased him but had no effect on the man and ran away. Fake Santa dropped the weapon which was a BB gun. Officers caught up to him once he surrendered and is now facing charges of assaulting a public safety officer, menacing, resisting arrest, and second degree disorderly conduct.
