A four day New Orleans swingers convention, Naughty N’awlins, is now tied to 41 cases of COVID-19.
Owner of the event, Bob Hannaford, wrote a blog post about the incident that you can read here. He said
You see, we have no idea how many people got tested after our event, nor if anyone tested positive and didn’t tell us...There could also be people that are positive, but without symptoms, so they never got tested.
Indoor events held max 100 people who were masked and socially distant. The city of New Orleans has said that the convention did not have a permit to hold an event. Louisiana has more than 232,000 COVID-19 cases.
