A man in the UK is now charged with assault after allegedly farting in an UBER and attacking the driver for protesting. The driver asked the passenger to leave the vehicle making the passenger frustrated and hit the driver in the back of the head.
The passenger admitted to assault and got a six month jail term with a $650 fine and 120 hours of community service.
