In a recent protest in Seattle, an injured protestor was seen on the floor as a group armed police were approaching them. Some police were on bicycles, one officer was seen riding over the injured mans neck ON PURPOSE.
Another person tried to get near the injured man an was swarmed by officers who detained him.
