A Doctor in Melbourne, Florida had a clinic where masks were optional. A letter was posted at the front door of his office saying Dr. John J. Magri IV had passed away.
Dr. John J. Magri IV passed away on the morning of Wednesday September 16, 2020. For the privacy of his family, patient's and loved ones, the cause of death is unknown at this time.
A COVID-19 test was done when the doctor died and they found he was infected with coronavirus. It is not known if he was infected when he saw patients. Patients said the doctors and nurses didn't wear masks.
