Trump has told his loyal supporters of North Carolina they should try to vote twice. He said they should vote by mail and then go in person.
In case some of you didn't know, it is illegal to vote twice due to voter fraud.
In California,
- Committing and/or attempting to commit voter fraud: Up to three years in prison on this felony charge.
- Tampering with a voting system: Up to four years in prison on this felony charge.
- Changing or wrongfully placing ballots: fine up to $1,000 or up to three years in prison.
- Misleading a voter who needs assistance: Up to three years in prison on this felony charge.
- Interfering with a vote-by-mail ballot: Up to six months in county jail and a fine up to $10,000 on this misdemeanor charge.
