Rep. Jim Banks in Indiana is proposing a bill that would make "violent" protesters prohibit to get federal unemployment assistance. The bill is known as the 'Support Peaceful Protest Act' will also make people pay restitution to law enforcement to cover costs.
The Rep said in a statement,
Antifa thugs are descending on suffering communities disrupting peaceful protests and leaving violence, looting and vandalism in their wake. They turned Milwaukee, Seattle and Portland into warzones, and now they’re moving the chaos to Kenosha, Wisconsin.
