Florida is getting ready to release 750 Million genetically engineered mosquitoes. Authorities will release them for 2021 and 2022. The plan was approved by state and federal authorities regardless of the opinion of the people neighboring the area.
The mosquitoes were created to see if it they can be an alternative to spraying pesticides to control a species that caries deadly disease.
