The whole conversation in this video is hilarious!
A man recording the video discovered someone stealing his tire from his truck. When the man was confronted, he said he wasn't trying to steal the tire he simply was going to borrow it then bring it back. When the guy with the camera told him police was coming, the man then says "why are you trying to distract me from escaping."
