A woman in Ohio went on a rant inside the DMV. The lady was not wearing a face covering and did not want to go outside saying she was with her boyfriend. She started recording and asking for an occupancy permit and said she did not have to wear a mask because it is not a law. People inside the DMV started shouting at the woman telling her to leave, see the video below.
