San Francisco Mayor London Breed and Treasurer Jose Cisneros announced they will be delaying payments for business registration and unified license fees to March 2021. San Francisco currently has about 93,000 business registered that must renew their registrations every year.
Mayor London Breed hopes this will help some businesses.
Deferring the collection of these fees provides some immediate financial relief for business as we continue to try to help them stay afloat and take care of their employees.
