Officer P. Ramos, Solano County CHP, saved a seven week old infant who had something stuck in its throat. The infant's family was driving on I-80 near Cordelia junction when they pulled over to call 911 after the child was unresponsive and not breathing. CHP quickly got to the scene and helped take out an unknown object form the child's airway. The baby began breathing again, the mother and the child were taken to the hospital as a precautionary measure.
