San Mateo County Supervisor David Canepa is pushing to fine people who don't wear face masks. Governor Gavin Newsom has made an order that requires face masks to be worn statewide. California now has more than 5,500 deaths due to COVID-19 with the Bay Area having more than 20,000 people affected.
