Steven Cibotti, has now been charged with making threats with a hate crime after threatening to shoot people wearing Black Lives Matter shirts in Burlingame. He confronted a family with children ages 2, 5, and 7 at Flights Restaurant earlier this month yelling "blue lives matter" and pushing their table. The father of the children told the man not to speak to his family like that, the man yelled "f you, if i had a gun, i would shoot all of you".
Cibotti who was in custody is now out after paying a $150,000 bail.
