Kehlani popped into our Zoom to talk about the release of her new album and more! Not only does Kehlani talk about being a mother, she also gives us a response to "who had the better Megan Thee Stallion booty video" between her and G-Eazy lol.
When speaking about her new album "It Was Good Until It Wasn't," Kehlani tells us that the song with James Blake is her favorite and how her sister is a big fan too. You know we had to ask about YG too...Kehlani's response was that she always writes parallel to what's going on in her life:
"I made it while I was with him and finished it after we were apart."
Kehlani said she's fully focused on her baby and not looking for any new relationships any time soon...she did say that the next one is definitely staying private!
Lastly, The Sana G Show talk with Kehlani about having a verse on the album from her friend, late rapper Lexii, who passed earlier this year. Lexii passed from a drug overdose and Kehlani sheds light on the subject to hopefully bring more awareness to the major issues happening right now.
