All Santa Clara County residents will now be able to get free coronavirus tests. PAL Stadium in East San Jose and Santa Clara County fairgrounds in San Jose will be doing tests regardless of symptoms and insurance. You must be 18 years or older and make an appointment through Project Baseline.
