Officers in San Leandro responded to a report of a man with a bat attempting a robbery inside Walmart on Hesperian Blvd. Once officers arrived they saw the man did not commit a robbery and attempted to take him into custody. Two of the officers used their tasers and failed to bring the man down. Another officer shot the man once brining the man down resulting in his death. While police are still investigating, videos of what went down were posted to social media resulting in outrage against the police.
