Costco is making more changes this month for the safety of its employees and members. Starting Friday, April 3, Costco will only allow 2 people per membership to enter the warehouse. This will limit the amount of members and also help with social distancing efforts.
U.S. Costco warehouses will close at 6:30pm Monday to Friday instead of its usual time of 8:30pm. They will not allow returns on the following items:
- Toilet paper
- Bottled water
- Sanitizing wipes
- Paper towels
- Rice
- Disinfecting spray
To limit contact, departments like Hearing Aid, Optical, Floral, and Jewelry departments are limiting service. Costco Food Court will also be limiting its menu and will only be allowed for takeout.
