2020 Tokyo Summer Olympics are now in the process of being postponed. The games were scheduled to originally start on July 24 and now will most likely be held next year in 2021.
Many countries around the world like Germany, Brazil, and Norway have urged the Olympic committee to postpone the games. Canada and Australia have already stated they will pull their athletes from going to Tokyo if it is not postponed.
This would be the first time the Olympics would be suspended, not including the times of both world wars. More details of the postponement will be released in the next couple of weeks.
