A 66 year-old man in St. Petersburg, Florida was arrested and charged with first-degree arson.
Mark Okrent decided to set a stack of papers on fire to keep warm inside his apartment. This of course caused a fire in the thirty unit building. Thankfully there were no injuries, but why not just turn on the heater? Florida people are something else.
