The Costa's, a family in Texas, are fighting a lawsuit because their neighbors say the play structure is too tall and violates Homeowners Association(HOA) restrictions.
The play structure was built for their 3 year-old son who was born with Hurler's syndrome, a genetic disorder in cells, tissue, and organs. His parents let him choose the playground of his liking and want him to enjoy his life as much as he can because the future is not known.
His mother, Kim Costa, is disputing the claim and says the HOA approved the playground before being built.
