G Biz and Producer Max from the Sana G Morning Show pulled up on our friends at Fitness SF in San Francisco for a special on-location episode of the "2 Hard 4 Radio" Podcast with personal trainer Khaliah

Khaliah taught the guys a good warm-up routine followed by proper  bench press & shoulder press techniques. 

Then she dropped the gem-of-all-gems while they were doing some kettle-bells... revealing that excercises like the ones she demonstrated actually naturally improve male sexual performance & increase testosterone! (12:30)
