These gate agents were not having it! Two Spirit Airlines gate agents have gone viral for how they responded to some angry passengers. Apparently a Spirit flight had been delayed for 6 hours due to the flight crew allegedly not arriving. As angry passengers lined up due to the cancelled flights, the gate agents grabbed the intercom and told passengers to "stop raising your voice... Im not a kid... stop raising your voice" while getting berated by passengers. She went on to say "do you wanna go?" before letting passengers know "anybody who wants to raise their voice, I will NOT help you."
The employees were just trying to help passengers during a difficult travel season.
