Three people have been arrested after surveillance video captured the moment they jumped out of a car, brandishing an AR-15 rifle, and robbed six men. The incident happened in San Francisco on 23rd Street near Mission. Police were able to arrest three suspects blocks away from the incident. Thankfully, no one was seriously injured.
