An investigation has been opened by the Oakland Police Department into an alleged sex act that took place in the stands at Sunday nights Oakland Athletics game. A Twitter user at the game apparently recorded the incident and posted it online, which quickly went viral. Video appears to capture the woman giving the man several seconds of oral sex.
In the video, a solitary couple can be seen near section 334's doing what looks to be a sex act. OPD confirmed KRON4 and said it was investigating after being contacted.
"The Oakland Police Department was not alerted to this until after the game, and we have initiated an investigation."
The maximum sentence for the offense, if charged and finally found guilty, is up to 6 months in jail and/or a fine of up to $1,000. On the bright side, The A's won Sundays game!
