Man Tries to Run Over Sister at Mother's Funeral in Richmond!

A dispute between a brother and sister turned violent at their mother's funeral in Richmond, Ca. As their mother was being buried, an argument broke out between the siblings resulting in the sister pulling out a taser as family members began swinging punches at Rolling Hills. Things escalated even more when another family member attempted to run over his sister, missing her and hitting the water mane. The brawl caused $20,000 in damages. The DA will decide whether to press charges.
