Amber Heard was photographed flying into New York City on a private plane Thursday. This is Heard's first public spotting since she lost her defamation trial against ex-husband Johnny Depp. The spotting bring into question Heard's ability to pay the multimillion dollar damages awarded to Johnny Depp. Heard's attorneys stated she cannot afford the $8 million damages she has been ordered to pay the actor.
The 36-year-old Aquaman actor was accompanied on the trip by her sister Whitney and an assistant, and it looks that the excursion lasted only a few hours before she returned to Washington, D.C., once again boarding a private plane.
It's unclear if Johnny Depp will actually try to obtain the $8 million dollar judgement he was awarded. It has been speculated that Johnny may actually let it go now that his reputation has been restored.
