Britney Spears' wedding was abruptly interrupted today when her first husband, Jason Alexander, turned up at the location and attempted to crash the wedding, prompting a call to police.
Jason went live on Instagram on Thursday as he approached event security, telling them that Britney had invited him and that she was his first and only wife, and that he was going to crash the wedding before ultimately security intervened resulting in a physical struggle. Alexander's phone then starts to freeze.
Alexander managed to get inside Britney's house and continue to live stream from there. Outside, he was eventually stopped.
The Ventura County Sheriff's Department responded to a trespassing complaint, according to TMZ. Jason has been charged with trespassing, vandalism, and two batteries, according to TMZ, in connection with his physical altercations with Britney's security. TMZ reported he also has a felony larceny warrant out of another county, and he's being held by authorities.
