The internet is saying cut out Amber Heard or 'Aquaman 2' will flop! Amid the ongoing $100 million dollar lawsuit for defamation between Johnny Depp & Amber Heard, at-least 3 million of people have signed a petition to have Depp's ex-wife, Amber Heard, removed from the sequel. 'Aquaman 2' is expected to be released in March 2023.

Reputable film journalist Grace Randolph, who is well known for her Marvel & DC film reviews, leaked the information in a Tweet stating she hears "Amber Heard has less than 10 min of screen time in Aquaman 2" The Tweet was published just before a Change.org petition was created to have Heard removed from the film.

While Amber was prominently featured in the first film, which was released in 2018 and went on to gross over $1.1 billion worldwide, if she only appears for less than 10 minutes in the sequel, it begs the question of whether Warner Bros. Pictures — the film's producer and distributor — was aware of the actress' libel trial and was concerned that the case would potentially harm the franchise. Because filming for Aquaman 2 didn't wrap until January, it's possible that Amber's legal troubles influenced how significant her involvement in the upcoming superhero film would be.

The trial has exposed some alleged physical and mental abuse by Heard on Depp, resulting in fans flocking to support Depp and demanding Heard face consequences. Check out a crazy snippet from the trial below.
