Chopper, former star on MTV's "Making The Band," has been arrested for sex trafficking! Authorities are accusing the rapper of being a pimp.
He was arrested in Maryland earlier this month. Authorities are extraditing him to Las Vegas to face sex trafficking allegations.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, an undercover vice officer posed as a sex worker in Nevada claims that Chopper messaged them via Instagram with an apparent offer to make money through prostitution.
The legal filing describes how an undercover officer began their investigation after noticing Chopper posting evidence of potential sex trafficking on his social media page!
The undercover officer states in the filing that Chopper constantly bragged about owning multiple homes across the country, including Las Vegas, yet allegedly also stating Vegas was not an easy place to do business. Allegedly, they were cracking down in prostitution in Vegas.
The undercover even claims they interviewed with Chopper via the phone and had to pass a test. Once they passed they were eligible to be part of his "team" and "stable"
That's when the undercover claims Chopper became aggressive, allegedly speaking to them in ways a pimp would, and telling them to get to the airport and meet him in North Carolina to be on his "stable" team.
The undercover tried to stall saying they were scared to leave. They claim Chopper tried to verbally force them into going or pay a $2000 fee.
With Choppers social media post, messages, phone calls, investigators believed they had enough to prove felony sex trafficking.
We'll have to wait and see how this plays out in court.
