It's amazing how people will step in and stop abuse when an animal is involved. Bystanders in Los Angeles intervened and beat the breaks off a man they witnessed allegedly abusing a small dog. Bystanders chased the man beating him to the ground for allegedly stomping on and repeatedly throwing the dog to the ground. The dog was allegedly his mothers and was "disrespecting him" by not obeying commands. The dog was taken by animal control and his abuser was arrested by LAPD for animal cruelty.
