The San Mateo County Sheriff's Office has arrested a 61-year-old woman in connection with a cold case murder in 1993. The case was about San Carlos shop owner, Shu Ming Tang, who was shot during a robbery of Devonshire Little Store on April 26, 1993.
The shooting had national attention after being featured in "America's Most Wanted". New forensic technology led detectives to Rayna Hoffman-Ramos who is said to be the only suspect in the case. She is currently being held without bail in Oklahoma where she was found.
