It looks like 50 Cent is not letting up when it comes to Teairra Mari. Reportedly, 50 Cent is still attempting to collect on his now $50k judgement.
It all stems from a lawsuit in 2019, Teairra Mari sued 50 and her ex-boyfriend Akbar Abdul-Ahad for alleged revenge porn. She claimed Akbar hacked her Instagram account and posted a explicit photo of her as he released on her face. 50 Cent re-posted the photo. making fun of the situation. 50 Cent denied doing anything wrong and asked for all claims to be dismissed. The judge sided with 50 Cent and awarded him $30k in attorney fees. Since then, 50 Cent has been using his resources to collect the money awarded to him. Now, the judgement is up to $50,000 due to continued legal fees, penalties etc.
Teairra Mari has previously made it clear that she doesn't have the money to pay him. 50 Cent is claiming BS and wants Mari to state for the record, how broke she actually is. According to new court documents, 50 Cent is demanding Mari be ordered to show up to court to answer questions under oath. 50 Cent's attorneys are requesting the judge to set a hearing for April 20 and wants Mari to be required to bring her bank records. 50 Cent believes she’s been avoiding paying his lawfully won judgement, and says she hasn’t paid anything close to the $50K that is owed.
The irony is, the longer the case goes unpaid the more she may be liable to pay.
