It looks like the legal woes of Tristan Thompson and his latest child's mother continue. Maralee Nichols, whom filed for child support of their 3-month-old son Theo in March, is requesting Tristan Thompson pay her $47,000 per month in child support.
The legal documents claim Tristan Thompson has an income of $9.7 million while Maralee's income is $0. Because of that, they are also asking the court to make Tristan Thompson pay her attorney fees which amount to over $1 million.
Maralee claims to be currently living in an apartment with a roommate, and claims Tristan has not paid her anything since the birth of their son.
Back in January, Tristan admitted to being the father of their child Theo with an Instagram post which read:
“Today, paternity test results reveal that I fathered a child with Maralee Nichols, I take full responsibility for my actions. Now that paternity has been established, I look forward to amicably raising our son.”
Making things worse, text messages allegedly between Tristan and Maralee released appeared to show Tristan stating he wanted nothing to do with the child and would not be in the child life because he planned to be married soon. Many assumed Tristan was referring to marrying Khloe Kardashian.
