Another day another victim to Bippin! Dash cam video caught the moment masked men decided to smash the back window of an SUV parked at the top of Nob Hill in San Francisco. The video shows how the thieves took their time to steal items out the trunk before eventually speeding off. Just before the thieves could flee, a man is seen suddenly jumping on the hood of the thefts vehicle as they drove off! The man unfortunately went flying to the ground seemingly bumping his head. Seconds later a police car is seen driving in the direction of the fleeing thieves. No word if police were able to arrest the suspects. Check out the insane video below.
